Willow von Hexter is a beautiful 7.5 month old sable Shepherd mix. Willow is so sweet and beautiful that you cannot help but fall for her when she gives you her “please take me home” puppy eyes. This wonderful mid-energy girl does not pull on leash but seems to be unsure of how to walk with one, so she could benefit from some leash training. Willow still seems shy and unsure of her new environment but, with our kind volunteers, she will curl up in their arms and allow them to pet her for hours. She is great with other dogs and seems to brighten up in playgroup. She likes to follow the nice, easygoing dogs around, since they seem to know what to do, and learns quickly to become more comfortable with her surroundings. Willow would love to have a kind, patient home with a canine friend whom she can look to for guidance. As her confidence grows, she will undoubtedly be everything a proud German Shepherd is – gorgeous, confident, intelligent and sweet.
